Cross-border multi-disciplinary data and knowledge collection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objectives are to (1) characterise and monitor cross-border Socio-Ecological and Epidemiological System (SEES) in a multi-disciplinary way, (2) engage local communities in territory monitoring and knowledge production (with WP1) and (3) build common values and define the usages of data and knowledge among all stakeholders, in compliance with the law and ethics (with WP1).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Objectives are to (1) facilitate resource retrieval, discovery, understanding and use in a highly interdisciplinary, inter sectoral and distributed framework, (2) model scientific and community knowledge on stakeholder networks and SEES functioning (with WP1), (3) build integrated indicators for the multi-thematic territory monitoring (in interaction with WP1 and WP5), (4) discover new cascading effects of environmental degradation on human health and (5) anticipate future changes in environment and health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The primary objective of WP4 is to design, develop and implement a range of data services that will function as a backend layer for data product applications to be developed in WP5. The repository service will provide a domain-specific open data repository for the research data that is not hosted in other general-purpose repositories or other third-party data sources. It will be designed to store long-tail research data that may not be suitable for other data sources. The data hub service will act as a machine-readable aggregator of harmonised metadata and access methods for the repository and third-party data sources. It will provide an Application Programming Interface (API) for applications to be developed in WP5 (data catalogue and visualisation apps)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Objectives are to (1) reach the different stakeholders with scientifically sound data, information, evidence and knowledge produced by the project (in interaction with WP1-WP4), (2), empower local and border communities through the development of literacy on an integrative scientific culture based on the interplay of traditional and scientific knowledge (in interaction with WP1-WP4), (3) formalise how Open Science can offer key methodological and technological frameworks to actually implement the Planetary Health, One Health and Global Health approaches, and to attain the SDGs and lastly (4) ensure the good communication, dissemination and exploitation of the project results during and beyond the project\u2019s end.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
